New Release for New Writers on Nov. 11, 2026
In April of this year, I was approach by a secret organization (lol, not really), to write a chapter for a new anthology.
The premise? Writing advice for those who want to take up the mantle of writing.
Writing Lessons: From Published Indie Authors From Around The World
I wrote a chapter on writing transitions and finding flow between poetry and emotion.
The other authors wrote a book on worldbuilding, the legalese of writing, how to structure a retelling, and so much more.
12 Authors from around the world, and no AI.
You can preorder it now. It comes out Nov. 11, 2026.

Chills, Thrills, and Kills October Final Sale

93 books for $69. More than 74 authors came together to create a big sale!
From goblins to ghouls, there are plenty of spooky reads to get lost in.
And the best part is having enough books to last until another spooky season.

How Many Books Did I Sell in September?

You thought I was going to talk about October?
But in actuallity, the month is not over yet. And I finally have my September Sales in.
Granted, I did a lot of marketing in September. So of course you would expect higher sales, lol.
Yeah, me too. But I sold 4 books in September.
These are all online sales. Hopefully, October looks a lot better.
WIPs/Or As I Like to Call It, Crisis Management
I don’t know if I wrote a lot this month. 20k+ words, but I don’t know if they were good words if that makes sense.
In technical terms, I did, but in reality, it doesn’t feel like it.
I did seven short stories, posted a few on here.
The latest one was Town of Oden, but that was just me using an older story from my other website and editing it.
It made me feel like I needed to believe in myself more.

I Might Have a Reading Problem…

So normally, I read about 30 books a month, which would mean about 360 books for the year.
But this year has been very stressful so I am a bit closer to 400 than what seems healthy.
The thing is, I am not a book blogger, nor do I go around recommending books on the internet (well, maybe only on BlueSky).
I am simply reading to read, and well, it is going well. So maybe I don’t have a book problem.
Are We Doing First Draft Fall?
Simple answer? No.
Longer answer? I hate having to write on a schedule, and all the updates and online chatter makes a mush of my brain.
I love when people are talking about their books, and I love talking about my books.
But holy fuck, I crumble under pressure and then I have a pain flareup. And then it takes like a few months for my body to attempt living again.
Will I maybe write in secret and create something? Yes, I love writing.
