Screaming in the Forest is about healing from trauma, reclaiming your mental peace, and finding who you are in the dark.
It’s about screaming as healing, because healing is never easy or simple. It’s messy and chaotic, even with all the love in the world, it takes a lot of self awareness to realize that healing is a lifetime of screaming, crying, and loving deeply.
With over 90 poems, my biggest collection yet, I hope to show others that healing is as beautiful as it is brutal.
